The co***ny production base is located in Quanzhou Ceramic Industrial Park, Dangyang, Hubei, China. The base covers an area of 400 acres, absorbed a total investment of over US$ 60 million. We have advanced equipment and strong technical force. 7200-Tonnage automatic Hydraulic Press machines are completely imported from Italy and lots of domestic large-Tonnage tile press machines are used.
There are a series of advanced roller hearth kiln production lines and tile production lines at the base. Also we have our own independent R&D departments and dozens of professional technical engineers which guarantees outstanding R & D capability. A number of foreign and domestic production experts are working as our technical advisers. We also established an extensive and close cooperation relationship with foreign ceramic technology co***nies which provide about 2,000 jobs.
The products like rustic tiles, Ultra HQ Ink-jet fully-glazed tiles, exterior wall tiles, 5.5mm Slim tiles and other related products are manufactured by the base. Products has passed the ISO9001: 2000 International Quality Management System Certification and National Product Quality 3C Certification, National Green Building Materials and Projects Recommended Products and many other honors.
Products in different specifications are in line with the Class A requirements of National GB / 6566-2001 ˇ°Limits of Radionuclides in Building Materialsˇ±. The production, marketing and application of these green products are unrestricted.
